Give the required Items to the Guildmaster present and use the given key to access the level 31 guild - only one crit is allowed to enter at any one time so don't think about using one key to level up multiple characters! After levelling to 31, levelling is free up to 35. After that you need a Grandmaster's Insignia bought for 1.000.000 gold in Pawn Shop in Silver Sail.

Apparently, an Ilythiiri Keeshe or Mithril Sword works for Thieves as well, and I believe the Sword of Existence works for Berserkers, although I wouldn't recommend sacrificing that one.
